    I’ve been in and out of the gym for years, have gone through a couple trainers. Tia is the best I’ve ever had. She pushes you but in a way that makes it fun. She’s encouraging and helpful. She tailors the workouts with injury’s and goals in mind. She has completely changed my attitude towards working out. It no longer feels like a chore but something I look forward too.
